Family photographs do not need to feel forced or overly posed. As a mum of four and a photographer with 12 years of experience, I understand that children have their own personalities and that not everyone feels comfortable in front of a camera. My approach is relaxed, natural and fun.
Real connection
The laughs, cuddles, cheeky expressions and little interactions between family members are often the photographs that mean the most. I focus on genuine moments while still offering guidance when it is needed.
No pressure to pose
You do not need to know what to do in front of the camera. I work to create a comfortable environment where everyone can settle in, be themselves and let the photographs happen naturally.

Family sessions can be held in my studio or at an outdoor location, depending on the look and feel you’re wanting for your images.
For outdoor sessions, we can choose a location to suit your vision — whether you’re dreaming of soft long grass, a beautiful forest setting, a beach session, a garden setting or something completely different.
I also offer extended family sessions, because I understand that family isn’t just mum, dad and the kids. Some of the most important people in our children’s lives are their grandparents, aunties, uncles and cousins, and I love being able to include those special relationships in your photographs too.
Whether it’s capturing grandparents cuddling their grandchildren, cousins playing together, or the whole family coming together for a photograph you’ll treasure, extended family sessions are about documenting the people who make up your family and the connections you share.
Your location is confirmed during the planning process, and I’ll work with you to create a session that reflects your family and the style of images you love.
These sessions are all about keeping things natural, relaxed and fun, allowing everyone to simply be themselves while I capture the little moments, connections and personalities you’ll want to remember forever. ✨
